After earning her Masters, she began her career as a corporate coach with different verticals and later for Fortune 500 companies, excelling in leadership and interpersonal skills Coaching. As an HR professional for 12 years in the IT and Ecommerce sector, Alokita effectively managed and nurtured talent and business closures,specially during the pandemic. Her entrepreneurial journey in the U.S. involved impactful collaborations with dignitaries and NGOs, leading to transformative leadership initiatives. With an MBA ,specialized in Adaptive Leadership, she launched Rasaswada to nurture community-minded leaders.
